Nicholas is a proud Bay Area native, born in San Leandro and raised in Oakland. He embraced the community from a young age by attending local schools, participating as an active member of the San Leandro Boy Scout Troop 503, playing on local sports teams, and working for local businesses including Crogan’s Bar and Grill and Italian Colors.

After graduating early from High School, studying criminal justice at Merritt Junior College, and transferring to Western Kentucky University Nicholas eventually felt his calling was in California, coming back to attend Fullerton College and graduate with a BA in Business Management from Holy Names University. 

Nicholas earned his stripes in property management at Trident Holdings Vacation Rentals, a specialty real estate brokerage focusing on vacation property management and sales in the Lake Tahoe Area.  He managed Trident’s 100+ units and was instrumental in providing full service vacation property management.

Now specializing in real estate sales and property management throughout the Bay Area Nicholas brings over 18 years of experience in residential and commercial sales and property management, consulting, KTVU Channel 2 real estate reporting and analytics, expert testimony, & portfolio management for the Sacramento County California Bankruptcy Court. He has a large portfolio of Bay Area properties on his management program. 

Nicholas lives in Oakland with his wife, two children, and their dog, Clay.
